Terms & Conditions
1.1 Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and supply of goods by Blue Ridge International Limited (“the Company”, “we”, “us”) to any customer (“Customer”, “you”).
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 Business Nature
Blue Ridge International Limited operates as a B2B wholesale supplier of:
- Food and beverage products
- Non-specialised consumer goods
- Gas-related products (including COâ‚‚ and Nâ‚‚O for catering and industrial use)
We do not supply directly to consumers.
1.3 Orders & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance
- Orders are confirmed only upon written confirmation or proforma invoice
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
1.4 Pricing
- Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
- Prices may vary due to:
- Supplier costs
- Currency fluctuations
- Logistics and freight
1.5 Payment Terms
- Payment terms are agreed per customer
- Standard terms:
- Advance payment OR
- Invoice-based settlement
Late payments may result in:
- Suspension of supply
- Interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
1.6 Delivery & Risk
- Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) agreed per transaction
- Risk transfers upon delivery or collection
- Delivery times are estimates only
1.7 Product Use & Compliance
Customers must ensure:
- Lawful use of all products
- Compliance with UK gas handling regulations
- No misuse or unlawful resale
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse supply
- Report suspicious activity
1.8 Returns & Claims
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours
- Returns require prior approval
1.9 Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of business or profits
Liability is limited to the value of goods supplied.
1.10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
